is a joint venture between UNISEN (www.unisen.com) and TIC Group (www.ticgroup.com.au).  The combined companies have over 3,000 employees and operate support locations in Hong Kong (2 sites supporting Macau, Southern China and the sub-continent); Shanghai (2 sites supporting mainland China); India; three U.S. locations - Los Angeles, Boca Raton and Atlanta, Australia (supporting the Pacific Basin); UK and Belgium (supporting Europe).  In 2007, additional facilities will open in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, the Middle East and South America.


Telsec Corporation d.b.a. UNISEN is located in Boca Raton, Florida has conducted business under the brand names of Telsec and UNISEN since its inception in 1994, and All-Tag Security Americas since 2001. Our primary business is to design, manufacture and sell Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) anti-shoplifting systems, tags, deactivators, ink tags, EAS labels and other related accessories. Three of UNISEN’s products are covered under U.S. patents and 6 more UNISEN products have patents pending. All of the UNISEN products can be seen on our web site located at: www.unisen.com.

In addition to our own products, UNISEN has the exclusive rights in the North America and South America to market EAS systems and deactivators manufactured by Telsec Electronic Surveillance Systems (ESS) located in Sleen, The Netherlands. We sell the Telsec ESS products on a non-exclusive basis in the rest of world with the exception of Western Europe.

In July 2001 UNISEN signed an agreement with All-Tag Security S.A. of Manage, Belgium to operate their direct sales and distribution operations in North and South America under the name All-Tag Security Americas, Incorporated. We are responsible for the management of direct sales and marketing to retailers and retail manufacturers in these regions as well as the warehousing, accounting, shipping and customer service responsibilities. Prior to 2001 All-Tag utilized distributors to sell their RF Labels in these regions but they met with limited success. In the first 6 years of operations UNISEN increased All-Tag’s sales in these same areas by 1,100%. UNISEN sells the All-Tag product line in the rest of world on a non-exclusive basis. In the United States, UNISEN and All-Tag is major supplier of EAS products to the Macy’s, Bloomindales, Polo, Target, Proctor & Gamble, Walgreen’s and over 400 other customers. Worldwide UNISEN sells though a network of distributors and sales agents in 43 counties.

UNISEN has decades of experience in all aspects of the EAS business ranging from engineering and design to marketing, sales and distribution. Annual sales revenue for UNISEN and All-Tag Security Americas totals over $10,000,000.

UNISEN plans to continue to develop new EAS products that will offer retailers high quality and cost effective solutions for shoplifting prevention. UNISEN’s products are compatible with either the Radio Frequency (RF) or Accousto Magnetic (AM) technologies made by Tyco/ADT (Sensormatic) or Checkpoint Systems respectively. UNISEN is located in a 6,000 square foot office / warehouse in the Boca Industrial Park.
